Apart from Jmat's guess, the only meaning I know of 'feelies' is from 'Brave New World' by Aldous Huxley. This is the name for the cinema entertainment in the book and comes from the real world entertainments - movies (moving pictures) and talkies (early movies with sound). They are called 'feelies' in the book because the audience can feel the experience as well as see and hear it. However, if it's not from that book, I have no idea.

Feelies is not an English word. Try other spellings because I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you know how they used the word? Put the wo o in a sentence.

In Internet slang, the word 'feelies' could be used to either mean feelings, or a person who bases his train of thought on feelings. It is not a word in the English language in the sense that it would be recognized by e.g. dictionaries such as Merriam-Webster or the Oxford dictionary. An example of the use of 'feelies' can be found on a Youtube video called "science vs. the feelies", where the narrator speaks of the people refuting climate change scientists based on feelings as 'feelies'.

I think it might be dialect or slang for "feelings", but that's just a guess. What's the sentence where you saw it?
