¿Which are the differences between already, yet & anymore and when use each one? For example: You're not that person anymore, You're not that person already or You're not that person yet Please help me to know how to use these Greetings

In that example, "anymore" is right. "Anymore" means something used to be true but isn't, like in your example. It is used with negative constructions. "Already" means something has happened, and is usually used with positive constructions: "I've already eaten." ""Yet" (in terms of time) usually means something hasn't happened: "I haven't eaten yet." It is usually used with negative constructions.
