Just go to the user's profile and at the bottom (on the left) there are two options: report - that serves you to let ITALKI know what happened exactly and how does he/she harass you. or he/she doesn't respect the ITALKI rules in any other way. block - that serves you to block that user. It means: Once you click on that option, this user won't be able to see you,r activities, to message you etc. Bravely said, you're going to be totally free. I hope this helps. Go to the person's profile page. There should be a button under the person's picture that says "block". Click that button.

There is a block and report, specially when they harass you to be your gf lol!
