您好！Hello! 标准普通话(Standard Mandarin)： nǎ 北方话，尤其是北京口音(North China dialect expecially Beijing dialect)： něi In your exams or oral text, you MUST write or speak nǎ.

In Mandarin, 哪 it's pronounced as 'nǎ'. When 哪 and 一(yi) are put together, for example 哪一个, then '哪一' may be pronounced as 'něi' or 'nǎi', specially in dialects.

Yup, they are right! Na3 is the correct one in Chinese. But in spoken Chinese, both of them are okay in Taiwan. I speak nei3 to my colleagues sometimes.
