it depends who is the recipient. if you write a letter for a job, you have to end your letter by "Veuillez agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes salutations respectueuses". I think the expression which is more similar than "Sincerely" is "Cordialement" ou "Bien cordialement".
