I saw this word on the internet and can't find its meaning. I have asked my Chinese friends who live in mainland but they don't know the meaning,too. They said that this word seems to be Cantonese so I would like to get some help from Hongkong people here. What is the meaning of this words? 撚 = to trick.  However, it has the same sound and is used incorrectly even by native speakers for [emoji][emoji] (dick, prick etc)

In other words, a crude form of "don't bother me [with your dick]"
