Hi Everton,
This noun can be used as both a countable and uncountable nouns. The reason for this is that we may use "technology" as a general tool that we have.
Eg Science and technology often evolve together.
Sometimes, we would like to specify different kinds of technologies. In this case, the word is countable.
Example: I am reading on information and medical technologies.
For your example, there are a few specific technologies mentioned. Therefore, it should be a countable nouns (technologies). Another point worth mentioning is your use of "got". "got" can mean you are acquiring something. "Have" is more specific here as it means you possess a quality.
You should also add a comma:
I have a lot of experience in routing, switching and wireless lan technologies.
Just as an extension, "glass" as a material is uncountable. "glass" as cups is countable.
Example: Glass is a fragile material. / Three glasses of water, please.
Therefore, it all depends on the intention of the writer.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Lance

Based on your sentence structure: I got a lot of experience in routing, switching, and wireless LAN technologies.
How I would say it: I have a lot of experience with routers, switches, and wireless LAN technologies.
The plural is technologies, in this case, because you used a series or list of different areas.
But, technology in general refers to a group of skills. So, it depends on how you use it.
