I would say " 10 days HAVE elapsed since the date of my order..." or "It has been 10 days since I ordered..."

It has been 10 days since I placed the order, but its status hasn't changed.

Your original is fine for more formal written communication (I made two corrections): "Ten days have elapsed from the date of my order, but so far its status has remained the same." A more conversational version would be: "I ordered it ten days ago, but the status hasn't changed."
