It is from a poem I believe and not really easy to translate. I wish to see the correct translation too. "bağrına bastığın" this is more like cuddle "üstüne titrediğin" might be translated as coddle. Trembling doesn't look right here. text means something like this: It is the nation that you coddle as you cuddle your own children Not very helpful but wanted to answer :-)

A close translation could be: The motherland, that you fall all over as if it's your babies whom you canoodle
