Are these all correct?
Hello,
I work at an insurance company and I sometimes I have to make outbound calls to our clients about the status on their appeals or grievances (complaints) they have recently filed.
Are all of the following phrases correct?
1) I am calling you about the grievance you filed yesterday.
2) I am calling you regarding the grievance you filed yesterday.
3) I am calling you in regards to the grievance you filed yesterday.
4) I am calling you with regards to the grievance you filed yesterday.
What other ways can I ask the above question?
Thank you.

each of these could be used in that instance.
"I am calling in response to the grievance you filed yesterday" would also work.

They all sound great to me, except sentence number 3.
You used the phrase "in regards to," which is often spoken in English at a time when someone is ill and we are asking someone to "give them our regards or best wishes."
So, the sentence you want to type is "I am calling you in regard to your grievance you filed yesterday."
The word 'regard' is singular and lets the person listening know that you are talking about one specific thing.
You can also use the word 'concerning.'
'I am calling you concerning the grievance you filed yesterday.'
