How to go from a B2 to a C1, C2 level of english?
I am in a moment where I have to do something different and stop feeling comfortable with my current abilities honestly I feel like I have fallen in a vortex of mediocrity and I do want to take my first steps into full fluency so I would great appreciate any feedback, whether from native speakers or coming from people who already achieved the feat of a C1, C2 level. Thanks to everyone.

Per your italki profile, you are currently trying to learn English, Portuguese, and Japanese, and have not taken any English lessons with italki teachers. Are you studying English in school or at an institute? How many hours per week are you devoting to learning English? Unless you are willing to commit and work hard, or go to live in an English speaking country, you will not reach your goal. Work + desire = success.

Unfortunately the quantity of hours between each level of the CEFR is more or less logarithmic. Where 1000 hours had got you to B2, maybe 2,000 for C1, and then a total of 4,000 for C2. That's why the higher levels take so long and can get demoralising... tips?
1 Live in the country but study and engage your brain. Never stop being a student.
2 Read read read read read read books. The language jump when you immerse yourself in reading is tangible.
Be wary of too much 'passive' language, eg watching movies. Your brain is not engaged unless you focus properly. The evidence of just living in the country and picking up the language can be refuted as soon as you speak to many foreigners who have lived in your country for 20+ years
