I am in the United States and I cannot figure out how to test my language level. I'd estimate it is somewhere between A2 and B1 but I would like to test. Can you take Common European Framework of Reference for Languages tests in the US or online?

you could try the Oxford online placement test. it's 10$. you can purchase a test from italki. its supposed to be around 1h and consists of around 30 grammar questions and 15 listening questions.
