The translations that HAMANO-san mentioned sound very formal, and of course, they are correct. But you can also say like below. They sound a little bit more casual than HAMANO-san's answer, but still polite. 1. How would you like to pay? NOTE: In my view, most shop/restaurant staff in Japan don't really say the phrase because many people prefer to pay cash. Plus, there are tons of shops and restaurants in Japan that accept only cash payment. If you want to pay by credit card, you need to ask staff whether you can do that. Shop staff would say "How would you like to pay?" only when you purchase a very expensive thing such as jewelry. 2. Would you like to pay in cash or card? 3. Would you like a receipt?

1. How would you like to pay? Would you like to pay in cash or card? 3. Would you like a receipt? These are Japanese used in rather expensive stores and restaurants.
