I am writing to give you my response about our recent conversation regarding applying for the position of Project Manager.

First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for offering me this opportunity having taken into account Mr Baker´s feedback.

After careful consideration, I have decided to decline your offer since my current position is critical for the site and I think I have to continue in this position since it is the best for the site. Another personal reasons have been considered too.

Finally, do not hesitate I will help the future Project Manager.
