SHORT ANSWER:
Yes.
SLIGHTLY LONGER ANSWER:
Yes, but there is a subtle difference if you switch the two words. “Seemingly” has a greater sense of ambiguity than “apparently.” For the most part, the two words are pretty interchangeable.
LONG EXAMPLE SENTENCES:
Example:
“The storage space is seemingly limitless.”
The storage space appears limitless. It may or may not actually be limitless.
“The storage space is apparently limitless.”
You heard, or think, that the storage space is limitless. You still are not 100% sure, but you’re more confident about it than in the previous sentence.
Example:
“The team had completed all the work, seemingly all within the span of an hour.”
It appears (seems) as if the team completed all the work within the span of an hour. This may or may not be true, but it looks as if they did.
“The team had completed all the work, apparently all within the span of an hour.”
This is very similar to the sentence above, there’s just this greater sense of confidence that the team had actually completed all the work within an hour (not just seemed/looked like it).
