Do you mean Gommen Kudasai and Gommen a sai? Sorry for the spelling... First one is when a person enters a house and it's like sorry for the intrusion, and the second is like im sorry/excuse me. . Correct me if I'm wrong guys. Thanks.

This question does not make any sense. If you are asking for the expressions for "welcome" and "excuse me", you should ask directly for those, although these are such low level expressions that they are learned when learning low level tourist Japanese. But then, this is not an appropriate forum for asking questions which are answered in many, many other places. If you instead literally mean to say words that sound like the English expressions "welcome" and "excuse me", as you actually asked, then I am completely puzzled, since Japanese phonetics are so different from English, and it is difficult to imagine anything remotely sounding like these words. Please take time to consider your question, or the appropriateness of your question, before posting it.

'welcome'='youkoso', 'excuse me'='suimasen'. 'suimasen' has 2 ways to use. 1. 'excuse me' or 'sorry' 2. 'thank you' 'sumimasen' is also. 'sumimasen' is same as 'suimasen'. or, maybe you want to talk about ..... 'doumo' and 'douzo'. 'doumo' is like 'thank you' or 'hello'. 'douzo' is like 'please (do what you want to do) ' or 'please come in' or 'please take it'.
