意思基本一样。开除大众化一些，下至街边小店，上至大型公司，都可以用开除这个词。但是街边小店不会使用解雇，辞退似乎可以使用，但仍过于正式。仅仅个人意见。

基本上是一个意思，通俗点说就是一个意思，但是有三种表达方式，这三个词还有一个说法，被炒鱿鱼了

Normally “开除" means the employee had made a mistake and it's considered as a punishment; but “辞退” sometimes due to the fault of the employee but not all at this case for exemple a restaurant 辞退员工 due to the epidemic.“解雇" is more like a neutral word.

意思都是一樣的，辭退的語氣比較委婉、書面，開除比較直接、口語，解僱比較中性，偏法律用語，解除雇用契約的意思。
