meeting a foreigner for the first time may require you to present a friendly gesture like for instance, a warm smile... of course, you wouldn't immediately tell your name (unless the foreigner asked for it). just a simple "Hello" to break the ice, then start a good topic (that would depend on the situation). After a short conversation, you can now introduce your name: "oh, by the way, I'm Lenka,(I'm just two blocks away from here... ) and you are.....??? "please to meet you." and there it goes... :)
