These answers are all corrrect. I would say 日本語を勉強して一ヶ月になります。 にほんごをべんきょうしていっかげつになります。 nihongo wo benkyou shite ikkagetsu ni narimasu. (literally "It is one month since I started leaning Japanese.") because ,as a native speaker, it sounds more natural to me.

私は今日本語を勉強していて、もう一ケ月です。

*Romaji for above I answered. watashiwa nihongo wo (kono) ikkagetu, benkyou situdukete imasu. or watashiwa nihongo wo ikkagetukan, benkyou site kimashita.

私は日本語を（この）一ヶ月、勉強しつづけています。 or 私は日本語を一ヶ月間、勉強してきました。
