I am not sure of any particular sites that allow you to download audio english courses, but im sure you will be able to find some if you google it!! good luck!

There are many resources if u search. An excellent one is British council: http://www.learnenglish.org.uk/ you can download many thing from it like stories, articles in mp3 format and their texts. Another idea is finding podcasts from TVs, radios and etc sites like BBC, Newyorktimes, Nature and many others. good luck

If you have iTunes search through their podcasts they have a bunch of free language courses
