Je suis à la retraite ou bien Je suis retraitée. Je suis à la retraite depuis dix ans. Il y a dix ans que je suis à la retraite .

Les deux sont justes. Mais surtout n'oublie pas l'accent : à la retraite... Je suis à la retraite depuis dix ans. Cela fait dix ans que je suis en retraite.
