Singapore. The first time I discovered that salted egg sauce is so amazing was when a friend of mine bought me food in Kallang.

I respect Japan as country, but fall in love with their food: sushi, rice with egg, various sauces, sweets and soups. A lot of Japanese food are healthy and if you eat these, you will lose weight.

A mí me gusta mucho la comida japonesa. Es increíble cómo transforman pescado crudo en una cosa deliciosa. Son platos sencillos pero muy sabrosos, y sus ingredientes principales son solamente pescado, arroz y alga.

Para mi, me gusta mucho la comida correana. Cuando estaban alli, he probado comida en la calle y en el restaurante. La comida es saludables porque tienen muchas verduras.

I think that food is a big part of the cultural code of a country. It reflects history, habits, and living conditions. One of my favorite national cuisines is Mexican food. A mix of sweet, spice, salt, and whatever else is blowing your mind. Now, when I am writing this post, I want to eat some tacos 😄
