My name is Nacereddine. 30 years old. I'm sociable. I like meeting and knowing new people. My hobbies are traveling, discovering new cultures, and reading. Learning foreign languages is my first passion. I'm open-minded and I accept other's visions. I'm a middle school English language teacher in both public and private schools since 2016. I taught French for more than 3 years in middle and high school as a temporary teacher. My career in teaching English as a foreign language started by receiving one year of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) provided by the Algerian Ministry Of Education, I've learned how to be a successful teacher (Methodology, ethics…etc). Today, I'm a full-time teacher responsible for 260 pupils aged between 11-16 years. Also, I'm assigned to teach French as an additional subject. My method gives huge importance for the treatment of individual differences, i.e; I focus on all different learning styles known by the acronym: VAKT (Visual-Auditory- Kinesthetic -Tactile). Moreover, my way of teaching most of the time is based on the application of Authentic input and output. I give my learners opportunities to interact as much as possible with me and with their peers. Also, I give feedback to each one of my learners to inform him/her about weaknesses and strengths. I organize challenge activities to create a positive and motivational learning environment. Taking classes with Nacereddine has been extremely fruitful. From the beginning, I told him I wanted to do "intensive" French classes and he's delivered in every single class. I appreciate that he uses different materials so I can practice not only speaking but also listening and reading. I can see an improvement in my level and am grateful to have him as a teacher.

Ive now had multiple sessions with Nacer. He is patient, uses variable learning methods/tools and keeps the lessons interesting. He is also very accommodating with the booking of lessons for me around my very busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule. Much appreciated!
