My name is Nacereddine. 30 years old. I'm sociable. I like meeting and knowing new people. My hobbies are traveling, discovering new cultures, and reading. Learning foreign languages is my first passion. I'm open-minded and I accept other's visions. I used to be an active member as a teacher volunteer in different international organizations such as AISEC in Poland and Go Camp in Ukraine.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
I'm a middle school English language teacher in both public and private schools since 2016. I taught French for more than 3 years in middle and high school as a temporary teacher. My career in teaching English as a foreign language started by receiving one year of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) provided by the Algerian Ministry Of Education, I've learned how to be a successful teacher (Methodology, ethics…etc). Today, I'm a full-time teacher responsible for 260 pupils aged between 11-16 years. Also, I'm assigned to teach French as an additional subject. My passion for the teaching profession came as a result of being influenced by my father's previous profession.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
My method gives huge importance for the treatment of individual differences, i.e; I focus on all different learning styles known by the acronym: VAKT (Visual-Auditory- Kinesthetic -Tactile). Moreover, my way of teaching most of the time is based on the application of Authentic input and output. I give my learners opportunities to interact as much as possible with me and with their peers. Also, I give feedback to each one of my learners to inform him/her about weaknesses and strengths. I organize challenge activities to create a positive and motivational learning environment. La leçon est toujours génial. C'est très bon professeur, il a beaucoup de patience.
Il m'a proposé des questions profondes, ça m'a fait réfléchir beaucoup sur la société et la vie. À mon avis, c'est très important pour la vie quotidienne et pour le développement personnel.
J'espère je peux parler français plus couramment et je peux lire des livres que j'ai achetés en France.
