Mister Mike

I am not satisfied with this lesson because the teacher monopolized the conversation. I was unable to practice speaking, which was my primary goal. Moreover, he attempted to impose his own views on the topic we were discussing (Reiki practice as an alternative healing method), despite not being an expert on the subject—whereas I am actually a Reiki teacher myself.

I think that Mike is very knowledgable in terms of teaching pronunciation and I believe that he could actually help if he tweaked his practice a bit. (Slow down and give way more space for his studnets to practice speaking). It was our first lesson and I just felt a bit overwhelmed. I would definitely prefer more room for me (I was mostly listening to what he was saying). I didn't feel comfortable being called "hon", being given advice on the vaccine schedule for my baby son and being explained what my national identity should be. I didn't feel respected.

Mr.Mike is a courteous and veteran teacher, he's explained so many world situation and he told me someinteresting stories. patiently to teach student how to pronounce a word one by one.
