Tora is a fantastic tutor, especially for anyone who needs a bit of structure to their lessons. I have been taking her lessons for a few months now and have been able to recently pass the A2 Norskprøven exams, with plans to take the next level of exams when my language skills improve further. She provides homework to do during the week, but makes sure it is not an unreasonable amount for busy schedules. She has many self-made documents that provide Norwegian that will be useful in everyday living, and will add structure to the lessons. There is not a single lesson I complete without new vocabulary words, better understanding of Norwegian culture, and something new to work on. She also provides alternative resources, and many of her own resources. Tora makes the environment feel comfortable, is extremely skilled at building up your speaking confidence while still helping make sure you understand what she is saying, and helping make sure you are understood as well.
