5+ years of experience. Understand students' unique needs. Specialized in Chinese Characters My name is Luden, and I am from Taiwan. I’m a Mandarin teacher slash graphic designer. I like interacting with people from different cultures, and I want to share the beauty of Taiwan‘s culture and language with others. Besides teaching, I also like design, traveling, food, art, and technology, as well as health. Hi，我是Luden。我來自台灣。我不是華語教師也是平面設計師。我喜歡和不同文化的人互動，我也想要分享台灣的文化。除了教語言，平時我對設計、旅遊、美食、藝術、科技和健康特別感興趣。 I am also learning English. I knew how difficult it was to learn a foreign language. I’ve known that two parts of Mandarin are quite confusing for foreigners: one is tones, another is Chinese characters. So I prepare plenty of materials and methods to help you to improve your Mandarin. Before starting teaching, I’ll make sure what level you are. And what is your purpose to learn Mandarin? I would choose the materials for you. Or you tell me what you want to learn and discuss in the class? 我也在學英文，所以我知道學習外語的困難之處。中文有兩個部分最困擾外國人：一是語調，二是中文字，所以我準備了好多的素材和方法教你中文。我希望在上完我的課之後可以提升你的語言能力。 I prefer to describe the vocabulary and sentence in imagination that make you easily understand the meaning because I know that many people learn language but don't know how to use it. I’ll use drawing, pictures, and gestures as well as typing during the class. I’ll also review what we learned today before the end of the class. 我傾向給你語言的情境，讓你容易理解為什麼要使用這個詞彙或句子，因為我知道有太多人學語言，可是卻不知道如何使用它。在課堂上我會使用圖畫、照片、手勢和打字。在課堂結束前，我們會複習今天所學的，加深你的印象。和我一起學習中文的流程：1.認識彼此與確定學習目標－>2.開心說/學中文－>3.課後總結與複習－>😀😀😀

Luden is great! It was only my third lesson, but I love how she structures everything around my weak spots (listening and speaking). She’s incredibly patient while I struggle through sentences. So glad I found her!
