I always pay close attention to my students and encourage them to speak Bahasa Indonesia/ Javanese/ and English at every meeting. During the conversation, I give some popular and conversational words for my student to speak communicatively. Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
My lesson and teaching style is very flexible and explorative depending on the student particular goal. Most of the time, speaking and improving more vocabulary are my two main concern in every class. Therefore, I expect the student to speak more with words they already know, or at least reponds in a complete senctence under my question.

This is the second language that I am learning with teacher Yacub and it is truly amazing. He has his own teaching format that works effectively in learning bahasa Indonesia very fast. I experienced the effectiveness also with the Javanese language lessons. Teacher Yacub also motivates and stimulates to make complete sentences when trying to formulate sentences in the language you are learning, so that you get familiar with the sentence structure very fast. Also the lesson material if very well created and makes each lesson well organized. He also created exercises in iTalki to practice the new material. I am very happy that teacher Yacub provides language lessons for the languages I really like to learn.

Mas Yacub has been a wonderful teacher for my 12-year-old son. He found a way to engage his interest with Indonesian comics as well as practicing conversation. He has always been 100% punctual and engaged and willing to accommodate time differences between the US and Indonesia. Highly recommended!
