IELTS Speaking Coach with over 5 years of teaching experience Hello everyone! I am a language tutor and athlete from the Philippines. I am an archer who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and discussing topics such as sports, music, culture, food, literature, movies/series and current events. Feel free to be yourself during my class! 🙂 I enjoy learning about my students’ backgrounds. My goal as a teacher is for you to feel comfortable speaking English and Filipino. I specialise in accent reduction and pronunciation, and I always adjust my speaking speed to my student's level *For no shows* : If you would not show up or if you're late, I would give you a grace period/make up class or I would extend the time (for you) since you have 2-3 days to confirm the lesson on iTalki- no need to reschedule the lesson. If you would not attend the make up class then the lesson would be considered as paid My lessons are typically informal and conversational, and we can talk about anything that you like. I can also help you prepare for the IELTS exam by coaching you. I will point out your grammatical mistake, or if you mispronounced something and give you tips on how to increase your vocabulary in order to have a higher IELTS Score. I will give feedback at the end of the lesson I also proofread/edit essays, resumes, power point presentations and the like so if you're unsure about your work, then you may send it to me and I would be glad to help you :)

Just had my first lesson with Ariana. She was very polite and helpful. I'm completely new to Tagalog so it was a bit confusing trying to learn a new language but she was patient with me. I learned a lot in 30 minutes. Maraming salamat po.
