I’m Silvia, a certified Italian teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching Italian to foreigners.
I work with students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners, tailoring each lesson to individual goals—work, exams, travel, or simply speaking better.
In my lessons, grammar and conversation go hand in hand. If you’re a beginner, we build strong foundations. If you already have a good level, we focus on speaking with more confidence and fewer recurring mistakes.
Each path is personalized to help you truly use Italian—not just study it.

I don't know how Sylvia does it, but I feel much more comfortable speaking Italian than I could've imagined. It must be something about her manner, her calm encouragement, and her ability to add notes or corrections on the side chat without interrupting the conversation flow, so I can learn as I go, and also study it all later. Bravo, Silvia.

After taking a long break for vacation, then my son's wedding (lots of planning!) I am SO happy to return to regular lessons with Silvia. She is so knowledgeable and able to calmly and kindly explain things when I'm confused. It is such a pleasure to work with her!
