I discovered my love for languages a few years ago, and it has become one of my greatest passions. Learning and teaching languages has been a rewarding journey, and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you!
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy writing music, practicing martial arts, and dancing. These interests keep me creative and energetic, which I bring into my teaching as well.

I have experience teaching Icelandic to foreigners, both online and offline, at different levels. I am patient, understanding, and committed to helping each student progress at their own pace. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that makes language learning enjoyable and effective.
Ich habe Erfahrung im Unterrichten von Isländisch für Ausländer, sowohl online als auch offline, und für verschiedene Niveaus. Ich bin geduldig, verständnisvoll und engagiert, jedem Schüler zu helfen, in seinem eigenen Tempo Fortschritte zu machen. My first lesson went very well. The teaching material was extremely useful. Aðalsteinn was friendly and although he sometimes seemed quick he was patient and willing to slow down, go back and repeat when I was not clear. Icelandic is not easy especially when it comes to pronunciation but I think with his help I can do it at least decently if not perfectly. Thanks a lot!

Die Probestunde war sehr erfolgreich, da ich meine Wünsche äußern konnte und ich einen ersten Einblick in den Unterricht bekommen habe. Aðalsteinn hat eine Art zu erklären, die für mich gut verständlich ist. Dass er Deutsch spricht hilft allerdings sehr dabei!
Ich freue mich bereits auf die nächste Stunde!

Ich hatte nun meine erste richtige Unterrichtseinheit und bin nach wie vor zufrieden, wenn nicht sogar noch mehr als vorher! Die lockere und geduldige Art von Aðalsteinn, zu erklären und einen selbst ausprobieren zu lassen, ist sehr angenehm und lehrreich!
