My name is Andrew, and I am a TESOL certified teacher with over twenty years of experience teaching English. I have taught in a variety of settings, including tutoring, classroom teaching, and online teaching. I have taught English as a second language to students of all ages and proficiency levels, ranging from youth to adults. I have experience teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, and have incorporated cultural projects into the classroom through various online activities. I teach English to students of all ages, from 4 years old and up. My students include school and university students, office employees, and other groups. I am able to teach in both real classroom settings and online using Zoom, and I can work with people of different levels of English proficiency.
I am flexible and find the best approach for each of my students to help them meet their expectations. Most of my students want to learn communicatively, so my teaching is based on the Communicative Approach (1980). This approach focuses on helping students listen, understand, and produce the language they are learning, which resonates with the majority of my students. Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
In my lessons, I use various techniques to help my students advance their English. I use scaffolding, warm language, and humor to reduce stress and anxiety. I implement formative assessments, share my failures, and create a supportive classroom environment.
To promote student autonomy, I encourage students to use English outside class, recognize resources, create goals, and use all possible ways to achieve them. I encourage them to take risks and make mistakes and allow high-performing students to participate in lessons.Tài liệu giảng dạy của tôi

I have been studying with Andrew for a long time and I can only say good things about him as a teacher and as a person . The lessons are very informative with an interesting approach . In class , you spend all your time talking in English . In addition to words , grammar , life topics and news can be discussed in the lessons . And also at the end of each lesson , you sort out the mistakes in your speech for the entire lesson .
