Welcome! I’m a 32 year-old language lover and creative soul from South Africa. Just like you, I’m a student too—currently tackling Zulu and Arabic, so I get the challenges of learning a new language! My background in Graphic Design, Film, and Photography means our chats will always be vibrant and visual.

I am naturally sociable and inquisitive. I can help you expand your vocabulary tremendously. I am extremely curious so I ask a lot of questions and I like to be asked questions as well.
I design my classes according to your needs and I insist on covering all the bases: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening so that students leave my classes feeling confident and optimistic in their ability to speak English. I have a variety of resources for all types of learning styles.
I am patient, kind and encouraging towards my students.

In my classes you can expect to: read articles and have conversations about them, watch YouTube videos, practice tongue twisters, work on Articulation/Pronunciation, chat about everyday life, learn important grammar and vocabulary rules, practice writing skills and finally how to build confidence when speaking.
I give my students homework to improve the areas in which they struggle and I expect my students to do 30min to 1 hour of self practice daily.
