In the Northern Hemisphere, there are a lot of festivals during spring. Spring is a particular season in a year. People take off their thick clothes and enjoy outdoor activities. In china, around April, we have a great festival called Qingming Festival. "Qing" means fresh and "ming"means bright in Chinese. This easily reminds us of the spring days which are full of fresh air and biright shushine. Everything looks perfect during that period. Qingming Festival is not only a festival of celebrating the spring's coming, in fact, it also tells us that it's the best time for farming. If people Sew seeds at this time, and will get a good harvest in fall. Meanwhile, we commemorate our ancestors on that day to thank their hard work before. That also tell us that we should keep working hard to support the family. This is a fantastic festival for us, it's also a new start for us. The best time of a day is morning , and the best time of a year is spring.

After Tết holiday, I have been busy with teaching, studying and planning so I have little time left for other things. I decided to stop jogging, reading books and writing for some time to arrange things well first. Now I am still busy but at least it is not that overwhelming and I am able to find time for my interesting important things in life.

The group a person belongs to can influence a person. February 23rd, 2025 Monday is a national holiday in Japan, so we have three days off ♡ Today I spent my time by myself. On my way home from shopping, I found shooting! Since my eyesight isn’t good, I couldn’t tell who they were, but it seemed shooting of drama. For me from countryside, seeing famous people in person always makes me excited.

It’s overcast today. Last night, something really funny happened. My dad was using the restroom, and he pushed too hard and fainted. Luckily, my mom was nearby and managed to lift him up. After a few seconds, he regained consciousness and realized what had happened. Doctor had warned him that it might happen after the colonoscopy. Mom had a good heart to call an ambulance. Later she told her friends about it, and they all laughed. Who ever heard of someone fainting while pooping?

I came across an interesting article online about "Brain Function" and would like to share it here. It used to be said that our intelligence gets worse as we get old. Because many people feel like getting forgetful and not getting a good head on their shoulders lately. However, the current research about the brain function showed our intelligence not only improves as we get old, but also reaches it's peak over the age of 60. Hence, the importance for building experience has been attracting a lot of attention. It is known that the age at it's peak is different depending on the intelligent field. For example, the processing ability needs on IQ test is its peak at 18 years old. The ability to remember person's name is around 30 years old, the concentration at work is 43, the ability to read person's mind is 48, the one to study and understand new information is 50 and the one to build a strong vocabulary is 67. In this day and age, the aging society is becoming a problem across the world. I think many companies need senior generation in the future. That's why we need to have healthy diet and work out on a regur basis so that we can continue working healthy.
