Professional TeacherOne Minute Speaking Challenge: Conflict at work
The goal for these challenges is to inspire you to express your opinions and have you think in English more.
How do you define a conflict? Why might it arise? What 'position' do you want to take in a conflict? Are you the blamer or are seeking for a win-win scenario?
Some useful idioms that you can incorporate in your story are:
1. Backlog: A large accumulation of uncompleted work.
2. Get the ball rolling: To start a project or task.
3. Bend over backward: To make a significant effort to help someone.
I hope today's topic will inspire you to express yourself more leaving no space for not practicing :)
Share it with friends and let me know how I can help you.
To your success
