B is the one taught in schools, but A and C are both options I prefer to use myself. Because they have a more natural, logical, inter-language structure, easier for non-native English speakers to understand. I would say A and C are not technically "incorrect", it's more of a stylistic preference at this level. But schools will often say A and C are incorrect, because they have a less flexible approach to the language.
