Korean "delicacies" #8
I had an amazing Korean lesson today. My teacher, HOON(Brian)(KOR/ENG), and I discussed onomatopoeia. It's incredible how many words there are in Korean to describe sounds! Polish doesn't even have half of these words. I was most fascinated by the sound of sniffling, because you can hear it everywhere around you in winter :)
훌쩍훌쩍 - sobbing or sniffing quietly (EN)
훌쩍훌쩍 - odgłos chlipania, pociągania nosem, przy płaczu lub katarze (PL)
