Per rimanere in forma, è necessario considerare non solo l'attività fisica, ma anche l'alimentazione. Quando si mangia bene, è possibile migliorare la forma senza passare nemmeno vicino alla palestra! Per esempio, come primo passo, si può evitare il cibo contenendo i zuccheri raffinati e il grasso animale. Così, ci sarà naturalmente più spazio nella dieta per gli alimenti più salutari e meno calorichi, come i legumi, e i fonti di fibre, come i cereali integrali. È importante pure diminuire la grandezza delle porzioni - attualmente, si mangia molto di più di quanto si mangiasse tre o quattro decenni fa.

Oltre l'alimentazione, l'esercizio è anche importante - tuttavia ci sono parecchie alternative alla palestra. Anche passeggiate regolari possono aiutare a migliorare la forma fisica, ma il esercizio più efficace e accessibile è sicuramente il corso - qualcuno lo può fare, solo bisogna due gambe! Dalla generazione Covid, ci sono anche molti programmi di fitness su streaming, come Les Mills, o gratuitamente su YouTube. Questi sono simili a andare in palestra, salvo che non bisogna uscire di casa!

Partendo da una esperienza personale, potrei dire che il digiuno è il miglior modo per mantenermi in forma senza andare in palestra, poiché il corpo inizia pian piano ad adattarsi a poco cibo. Oltre a questo  mi obbliga a sistemare il diario alimentari riducendo così il "mangiar a caso".

Au Japon, de plus en plus du monde font du yoga. Au début, il était connu juste entre les jeunes femmes, mais aujourd'hui non seulement les femmes mais aussi les hommes et les enfants en font au quotidien. 

J'ai commencé à en faire il y a 5 ans. À cette époque, j'étais vraiment stressée car j'étais occupée du travai. Cependant, après faire du yoga, je pouvais toujours être calme😌😌 Je crois qu'il ayant l'effet pour réduire le stress.

En plus, aujourd'hui il y a les cours en ligne qu'on peut en faire n'importe quand et n'importe où. Je souhaite que beaucoup de monde essaient de en faire ! 💪

Heureusement, on peut avoir accès à la Toile presque tout le temps. Là, on trouve des tas de personnes qui offrent des séances de sport à la maison gratuites ou payantes. On peut chercher celle qui correspond à nos besoins et rester actif en s'amusant !

A mi me gusta tanto caminar porque es más mejor que hacer nada. Para mi, caminar por al menos 30 minutos es suficiente, porque se siente cansado pero no tan cansado que no tiene más energía después. Además, este tipo de entrenamiento es muy subestimado porque se puede perder peso si lo haga todos los días.

Recuerda estos 4 tips.

1. Tener una buena alimentación, como: las frutas y verduras. 
2.Hacer 30 minutos de ejercicios en casa a través de tutoriales,  en YouTube hay unos espectaculares, les recomiendo unos de #FaustoMurillo.
3. Tomar agua (dicen que 8, yo tomo al menos 5)
4. No trasnochar, si tienes problemas de insomnio en #Netflix existe una serie súper buena que se llama: Guía de Headspace para dormir. Te la recomiendo.

Compra una alfombra de entrenamiento, encuentra un lugar un poco espaciosio en tu casa y ve a youtube para buscar “cardio workout.” Si vives en un apartamento, podrías buscar, en youtube, “apartment friendly workout.” 
Recuerda comer algo tiempo antes de entrenar y inmediatamente después de terminar.

Although I don’t go to the gym I have regular habits that allow me to stay fit. I use apps to do workouts at home every day. My favorite app is called Fit On. You can choose among many different workouts and many trainers. In addition I also like walking. I try to walk almost everyday at least 5 or 6 kms. Sometimes I also go hiking on the hills with my friends and we stay out for the whole day. 
Also I follow a healthy diet. 
Ti sum up, if you try to follow healthy habits in general you don’t need to go to the gym and moreover you save money!

Going to the gym has its own numerous benefits,as it promotes a disciplinary habit of getting into shape,bulky or aesthetic,you name it,but during the pandemic period,it is now forbidden to join one,or you can have any other reason that you can't afford time or you have a hectic schedule to keep for not going in a gym, therefore,body weight exercises can help you there...
1. Body weight exercises = For starters,Pushups,in my opinion is one the best body weight exercises out there... You can do reps any time anywhere,with several levels to improve... You can check out viral YouTube channels to help you on how to perform and check your levels.
There is also another decent option to install a pull up bar in your home... It is a cheap,durable ,multi-working out tool that you can install at your home...(cost just around $15-$20)... 
Many other body weight exercises for you if you wanna get intense with home workout,do squats, jumping jacks, mountain climbings(workout name),and planks.

2. Diet= Eat a balance diet, cruciferous vegetables,and home made meals...
Especially,in this pandemic, lying in our home all day,even eating few will be sufficient as we won't be requiring much energy. Try to complete your dinner 2 hours prior to your sleep,walk for at least 10 minutes after having dinner to digest your food, because as the sun sets ,our digestive fire decrease, therefore it is recommended to eat your dinner in around sunlight,if it's not possible,have the afterwalk.

3. Fasting = There are various kinds of fasting and diet plans to help you control your calorie intake and it's consumption timings,for example : intermittent fasting ,keto diet etc,Whatever suits you best. 

4. Cardio = Cardio is one of the best  alternatives to gym,even people who goes to the gym require cardio,but cardio in itself is extremely beneficial. It helps in blood flow around the whole body,to be flexible, weight loss,and much more. Include either running, swimming,or cycling,up to you.
