I hope to share my love for the Italian language, literature, and culture with my students, but also to discuss any topic, enriching each other along the way.

Sono un'insegnante che cerca sempre di capire quali sono i bisogni dei propri studenti e di creare dei corsi che siano adatti a raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati ma sempre cercando di creare un ambiente dove ognuno sia libero di esprimere le proprie curiosità .

I miei punti forti sicuramente sono l'educazione, la pazienza e soprattutto il sorriso, si perchè il mio compito è quello di trasmettere conoscenza ma allo stesso tempo quello di instaurare un rapporto con lo studente basato su una comunicazione informale, fondamentale per rendere possibile l'apprendimento di una nuova lingua facile e divertente.

Since I'm really busy with university, I organize my schedule around my booked lessons :) please be mindful :)

This is YOUR class, I want you to enjoy it. Learning Italian, of course! During my experience teaching on Italki, I have learned how to assist my students best by getting to know their needs and helping them reach their goals. I am very supportive as a teacher, and I try my best to keep the lesson going smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. I am also open to helping my students outside the class. Many of my students send me texts to correct during the week to improve their writing skills, and I am happy to help them.

Ho moltissimi interessi: il teatro, la danza, la natura, la cucina, la lettura, la musica, la scrittura, il disegno. Ho organizzato laboratori di teatro e di cucina con bambini, adolescenti e adulti, italiani e stranieri. Nei periodi di soggiorno all'estero ho anche svolto attività di insegnamento dell'italiano a singoli e a gruppi. Proprio per questo conosco bene le difficoltà che si possono incontrare a doversi esprimere in una lingua diversa dalla propria. Ma non preoccupatevi, sono qui per aiutarvi!

Sono molto precisa, attenta e disponibile. Mi piace creare una certa sintonia con lo studente in modo da capire le sue esigenze e rendere le lezioni più piacevoli. Non credo ci sia un metodo valido per tutti ma piuttosto che la lezione cambi a seconda dei bisogni di ogni studente. Anche io sto studiando e ho studiato una lingua straniera quindi posso capire perfettamente le difficoltà che si possono incontrare nel percorso.

Italian native speaker with 7 years teaching experience I have experienced different kind of courses and students, from some illiterate refugees to Italian fluent speakers and from individual courses to lessons in a restaurant about Italian food and its terminology. Therefore, I am open to shape the lessons as much as I can to conform to students' needs and wishes. Teaching, indeed, involves a collaboration between the student and the teacher.
