Japanese culture, food life, and sensibility With a focus on learning in Japanese, I introduce Japanese culture and daily food life through specific topics. Topics include traditional seasonings such as miso and soy sauce, basic knowledge of dashi made from katsuobushi and kombu, food habits, the proper use of chopsticks, and tea culture.
