topic:More and more women go are going out to work. Is it the government’s responsibility to subsidize them and provide free staff and facilities to care for their children? To what extent do you agree or disagree to with this idea?

Women who are capable have no problem carving a niche for themselves in this time and age.More and more women go out to work.However,most women also have the burden of housework, ;they feel under more pressure as the homemaker and preparer of family meals.I greatly agree with this idea in large measure.

In my opinion, the government have has the responsibility to provide some policy policies for women workers,such as generous parental leave.In general ,women earns less than a man gets men for doing the same job.It is unjust treatment for women.
After they get got married and have children,most women often need more extra time with their family.They need more time to do housework. I think, the government should give women extra pay or free staff to care for their children.
