It was sunny today. Since it was the weekend, MeeMaw and I went to the gym early and spent more time than usual. After about an hour, MeeMaw got peckish, so we had egg waffles together. Dad had asked Mom to make that beef stew again—what a nice choice! MeeMaw ate relatively a lot and burped a lot too. A good sign, right? At least it made my parents feel a bit more relieved. It was a peaceful day.

I've been reading Mark Manson's " the subtle art of not giving a f*k" book. And I really liked it. Because before I've read, i used to give a f*k everything, you can't imagine, how much I cared. Ahh. He explained so well. I've read it in Uzbek language which is my native language, but I didn't take anything to myself, bcz it was translated from English to Uzbek, so maybe some sentences, context couldn't matched. But, ok, then I've read it in English and I've learnt a lot. Quotes from that book: You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. I came across an article online about "Wireless Power Transfer[WPT" for cars and would like to share here. We often have to charge our mobile devices during the day due to the spreading of smartphones and tables lately. Especially in the car, the WPT is very useful because we can charge them easily without a charging cable. The WPT is technology that uses an electromagnetic induction generated between chargers and devices, and provides power through an electromagnetic field. This enables devices to charge without cables. This technology is not only convenient but also has a great safety. It's because we don't have to plug in during getting behind the wheel and prevent from being distracting. The WPT had slow charging speed and low efficiency, but the current technological advancements have improved the speed and the efficiency drastically. Thanks to this, the WPT can charge many kinds of mobile devices such as wireless earphones as well as tablets and smartphones for a quick second. On top of that, wearable devices such as fitness trackers and smart watches are also becoming popular these days. That's why the need for charging in the car has been increasing lately. Many cars have recently come standard with the WPT. This is due to the spreading of electrical vehicles[EVs] and hybrid electric cars. Unfortunately, my car doesn't have this function now. Hence, I'd love to get a new car with this function next time because I don't have to worry If the battery is low in the future. I'm not sure if I can afford that time.

I was crying a day ago because I was soo tired of being extremely strong all the time. I was too kind to everyone all the time. And I've finally understood that I've spent my so much time to please everyone. And for that I've lost myself a little bit. Now, I'm trying to find that version of me. Between old me and new me i've lost myself. But I'm keeping going. I have to do. The world and people are not always worth you if you're so kind, always here to help, to understand, to give your best, and if you're the most understandable person. You're comfortable to use for them. Ah. But, okay. Never stop being kind for bad people's behaviour. Save your heart.

Hello everyone! Sorry for my late answers, it's been a though week her. How was your week?

I started learning english more seriously a few years ago. The time I finally started, I already knew, it's really important and also necessary for me by now to learn english. I worked in our City in a bookshop and regularly we had customers who only spoke english. Also I wanted to attend an online course about a special topic, which was only in english available. For this course I also had to improve my english. And I like listening to podcasts and watching videos on youtube, which are also often in english.

It was overcast today. MeeMaw and I went to the gym early in the afternoon because my aunt invited us for dinner. I think she was worried about our situation and wanted to check on us. After all, we have to admit that we’ve been having some rough days recently. Last night, MeeMaw told us that she felt stuffed. Her feelings can wreck our nerves quite frequently. Every time she mentions any change she feels, we immediately think of the worst. It’s really taking a toll on our sanity. But today, at dinner, she ate well—a good sign, right? Today was just another normal day.
