When I started working as a Spanish teacher, my superior gave me the impression that she was experienced in teaching, knew everything about work, had her own ideas, and was full of passion. However, as time goes by, this impression has been disenchanted. My colleagues and I have gradually discovered that she was so good at exploiting us and herself to contribute to the school that our workload has grown unbearable. On the surface, she cares about the opinions of the students and other teachers. In fact, she carries out what she wants to do no matter what others think. All those consultations and advice-seeking are just illusions. She will have her way at any cost.
