During our trial lesson, I will perform an English language assessment, learn what areas cause the most significant difficulties, devise a plan, and provide an overview of our future lessons, goals, and targets.

These lessons are for children ranging from A2 (Elementary-level) to C2 (Native) fluency. Our lesson will target vocabulary building, reading, listening, and basic writing. These classes also include a PDF textbook for more advanced students and a vocabulary building list for younger students building skills. The preferred time for students is 30min! As younger students often struggle with attention span for longer times.

Formal English conversation lessons will include grammar correction, ensure proper usage of tense forms, and will include writing/listening/and reading. Homework will be assigned based on the student's English level upon evaluation.

This class is for those who have already completed a written document and would like to have it checked by a professional with experience in business and academic writing. However, the rules of this lesson type are a bit different.

No "live" editing is done. We will not meet during the lesson. Please send your document (Word, PDF, Pages, etc.), and it will be edited, with corrections and suggestions marked using Review Mode. You will be able to see all edits and changes.

Remember: Editing classes are paid by word or project and are quoted after I have seen your material. I do not do live editing in these classes; you are paying for the document to be corrected and sent back. No meeting will take place.

If you believe you need to meet before, book a 30-minute class and message that we need to discuss your project before I can begin editing. This is likely for developmental editing (manuscript editing) but rarely necessary for academic corrections other than dissertations or theses.

I'm a current doctoral student completing their degree in curriculum design and educational instruction with a focus on tertiary level education. This role involves the creation, implementation, and statistical research of best practices and theories involved in education.

The copywriting certification from UCSD focuses on editing, writing, and style (MLA, APA, AP, CMOS). Certificate completion proves adherence to academic, business, non-fiction and fiction writing styles and edits necessary to ensure credible changes for authors, business professionals, and academics.

The format of teaching was one-on-one and similar in style to that of how instructors teach on iTalki.

I worked with the board of education to create and implement CLT standard curriculum in English teaching. (Current, and ongoing).

The MATESOL was designed to include all types of English teaching, ranging from children to adults, testing, to academic and business English. Each class focused on diverse information related to utilizing prior skills in business or building teaching materials surrounding the needs of students.

The MATESOL featured a rich curriculum in understanding learner needs, focusing on several areas of teaching, including children (K-12), testing (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE, and TOIEC), in addition to adult tertiary education in business and academic English. In addition, an IELTS Certificate from Cambridge was completed in November of 2020.

The Department of Education in Massachusetts issued my teaching license in Elementary and Secondary Education to teach children in Grades 5-12 in 2019.
