A trial lesson is a great way to get to know each other. In the first lesson, we will talk about an easy topic that matches your language level and practice a bit. This lesson is not about being perfect. I hope you will enjoy the first lesson with me because my goal is to help you to achieve your goal of learning Hungarian. To this end, we will discuss what your language learning goal is, what your difficulties are, what I can help you with.

If you want to start learning Hungarian, please choose this lesson. I will help you with the pronunciation, grammar, and I will build your vocabulary and listening skills. I create a lot of useful worksheets and tables about Hungarian grammar to make learning easier. For me, it is important to teach not only the grammar rules but my purpose is to make you able to USE the language, so after the first lesson, you will be able to generate easy Hungarian sentences that you can use in everyday speaking situations. :) On my Instagram (plainhungarian) you can see some posts about basic Hungarian grammar and vocabulary.

Hungarian for beginners

If you have some experience with the Hungarian language but you have some problems e.g. with certain parts of the grammar or if you want to improve your listening, writing or speaking skills, then this lesson is for you! We can improve your skills through different learning materials and you can practice with a native speaker. I know it is frightening to speak a foreign language in front of other people especially if they are a native speaker. That's why I always focus on creating a friendly atmosphere in my lessons. I am a patient, creative, energetic person, and I always try to give the best to my students.

Hungarian intermediate level

If you feel that you reached an advanced level in Hungarian but you need to practise more, or you want to become fluent, this lesson is for you. We can talk about different interesting topics (that fits your interests) and we can have fulfilling conversations with each other, after that we can feel recharged ourselves.

Practising the Hungarian language

Perfect opportunity to develop all four skills (listening, writing, speaking, reading) with my personalised podcast episodes.
❇️ Before the meeting, I will send you 5 interesting texts with audio, word list and accompanying questions so you can prepare.
❇️ You can use the texts to improve your reading skills and the audio to improve your listening skills.
❇️ In the meeting we will talk about the pre-set questions so you can develop your speaking skills.
❇️ For homework, you will write a short text based on the texts used in class, which I will correct and provide you with useful comments. So you will also improve your writing skills too.
❇️ As you can see, time will be put to good use because you can work on most things independently, in class we will practise what you need a partner for, so you will spend your money on something valuable to the maximum, not a minute of your time will be wasted.
🫵 You can join if you are at A1 level at least, know the plural and the accusative case and have practised a little bit of definite and indefinite conjugation.

I have taught for grammar school students Hungarian literature, Grammar, and Psychology.

I started to teach during my university studies. In the beginning, I taught German, later I started to teach Hungarian for grammar school student and I helped them to prepare for their school-leaving exams. I also taught Hungarian as a foreign language. I had a lot of student from all over the world, mostly from Norway, Turkey, and Russia. 
During this period I developed a successful learning method, and last year I hold a lecture at the university about my method.
