I led EU grant-subsidized language projects and Oxford Aspire-funded courses, which meant being trusted with programmes that had real institutional weight behind them. I also ran language and culture workshops for senior leaders and teams — the kind of work that goes well beyond grammar and into how people actually communicate across cultures.
