Please note, if you choose to book future lessons with me, 30 minutes lessons are recommended for children to ensure they get the most out of the session. **Please be aware that '30 minute' lessons will actually be between 25 and 30 minutes and '45 minute' lessons will be between 40 and 45 minutes to ensure all classes start on time.**

Please kindly note 60 minute lessons are not available for children and 45 minute lessons are only available for children over 7.

As your child’s online English teacher I take their safety very seriously. In order to ensure the safety of your child and the highest possible standards of safeguarding please ensure you have read the terms and conditions below.

1) During the online lesson, parents/carers are always responsible for the welfare, safety and care of the student and therefore must ensure they are present/available during lessons.
2) Parents/carers must always be contactable during the lesson.
3) Parents/carers must have access to the Skype account that is used for your child’s lessons.
4) Please ensure it is safe for children to engage in some physical movement (e.g. turning around/jumping etc), which they will sometimes be required to do as part of their lesson.
5) You agree to your child accessing a search engine and Kahoot! during the lesson.

If your child attends an English-dominant school and would benefit from extra support with the national curriculum, especially in reading, writing, spelling or grammar, this lesson is the perfect choice. I offer a personalised curriculum tailored to your child’s English level, age, and learning preferences.

Lesson Duration:

To pass the PGCE (Primary) at The University of Derby, you must complete at least 120 days of school-based training in UK primary schools, successfully demonstrate the Teachers' Standards, and achieve at least 50% in all assessed assignments. The PGCE leads to Qualified Teacher Status which allows you to teach in England.

Completing the CIMA Professional Qualification includes passing three levels of exams: Operational, Management, and Strategic. Additionally, you must gain at least three years of relevant work experience, demonstrating your ability to apply management accounting skills in a professional setting.
