Lo describen muy bien el psicólogo español Edgar Cabanas y la socióloga israelí Eva Illouz en el libro 'Happycracia': “hoy declarar que no eres feliz es vergonzoso, como si hubiéramos perdido el tiempo o hecho algo mal”.

¿Qué es la 'happycracia' y por qué se nos obliga a ser felices?

Workplace anxiety is a growing concern for businesses and organizations of all sizes. It refers to the feelings of worry, fear, and unease that employees may experience in their professional environments. This type of anxiety can have significant impacts on an individual's productivity, job performance, and overall well-being, ultimately affecting the success and profitability of the company as a whole.
