大城市的压力也比较大。相比小城市，人们更难在大城市生存，因为生活水平高，消费也贵。在中国的大城市比如北京、上海和广州，消费可以非常的高，而收入却有高有低。为了生存，人们必须有很强的赚钱能力。小城市就比较安逸了，消费不高，生活节奏不快，人也随和。
