Salgo de la España de agencias de viajes, turismo, aeropuertos internacionales, aroma flamenco y fotos masivas en Instagram sobre la paella o plato de tapas más llamativo de turno. Estoy en una zona que es como esa persona que te seduce por su humildad y belleza escondida, pero que sabes que va a estar contigo el resto de tu vida. Esta zona se llama Castilla-La Mancha. La tierra de Cervantes y de El Quijote.
