A lot of my students make mistakes in the Past Simple when they're having a conversation. I think this is so unnecessary because it really is simple. To be fluent in English, you need to go back to the simple tenses and learn them really well. Build the foundation of your English speaking on a strong Past Simple and Present Simple foundation.
